ONLY USE CANDLES ON A FLAT SURFACE WITH NOTHING FLAMMABLE NEARBY.

USE CAUTION AND SAFETY WHEN BURNING A CANDLE.

TEMPERATURE CHANGES
Hot Temperature
Due to hot weather, candles may melt slightly in transit. This is out of my control unfortunately, but candles are still usable despite this! Please use a paper towel to lightly clean up any residue and allow candles 24 hours to dry if needed.

Cold Temperature
Due to cold weather, candles may arrive frozen. In Cold Seasons please allow candles to reach room temperature before lighting to allow optimal scent throw.

Important Notes
Candles may have a slight frosting (white spots) on the sides or top of candle. This occurs naturally with 100% Soy Wax and does not cause problems with the product. It is still usable with zero issues!

Candles may arrive with light wet spots on top, this is called sweating and can occur due to temperature changes. This does not effect candle usage, it's recommended you use a paper towel to lightly dab away excess sweat.

Products are shipped exclusively through UPS!

How It Will Arrive...
Products may be shipped in leftover boxes I receive materials in, this allows a way to recycle old boxes. It's rare but possible to get something in an old amazon box!

Most materials used in packing are recycled materials.

All Packing Peanuts used are biodegradable (made from Vegetable Starch, likely Corn) and dissolve in water.

If you're concerned about allergies from packing materials please use caution when opening the product or contact me about a possible allergy.
