  • Will you ship to X country?

    Unfortunately, due to the current state of shipping worldwide, I am only offering shipping to the 50 States of the USA.

    Please     follow on twitter to be notified of when this changes!

    (I aim to open shipping to Canada in 2026!)

  • When will my order ship?

    Shipping occurs Monday-Friday!
    This does not include holidays.
    Orders ship within 10 business days of purchase, unless it contains a pre-order item which will be 4-6 weeks of purchase.
    I cannot control the length of time shipping takes, I only control processing and creation of products.

  • Do you take custom request?

    I take suggestions! If you have any God/Goddess or Anime you'd like to see me make products for, please feel free to contact me!
    At this time I won't take custom request, but hope to in the future.

  • I have allergy concerns, what do I do?

    I take allergies very seriously! If you have an allergy to something listed on the candle, please feel free to contact me about it! There is a chance I can make you a variation of the product that doesn't contain any of your allergies :)

  • What is "Fragrance Level"?

    Each product has a "Fragrance Level" mentioned on the description! This is essentially how strong the fragrance is. As a note, this is how strong I personally find it. You may find something a bit stronger than I do or perhaps a bit of a lighter scent! This is just general information to help you determine what products you might enjoy :)

  • Shipping is so expensive!

    Unfortunately I am unable to fully control shipping prices!
    My limit to control it is adding an additional fee to them to cover shipping supplies.
    You will be charged $1 per shipment to help cover cost of all shipping supplies :)

How do pre-orders work?

100% Soy Candles can take 3 days to 2 weeks to cure - this allows the wax & oils to bind together.
What this means is the scent will be stronger and allows for a longer burn time!

Pre-Ordering means that the candles are not done processing.

What does this mean for my order(s)?
It depends on the current stage of the candle but it would be one of the following...
Waiting for candles to cure
 This takes a maximum of 2 weeks, so if it's in this stage expect 1-3 weeks your candle(s) to ship.
Waiting on Materials
If I am waiting on materials, it could take up to 4-6 weeks for your candle(s) to ship.
In the case of waiting for materials, you will receive an email to inform you!

What about orders that contain things other than candles?
Room Spray - requires a 72 day set time. If I am waiting on materials, it could be 3 weeks until your order ships, otherwise I will ship it within 1 week!

If you order contains a pre-order product and non pre-order product, it will ship out once
your pre-order product has finished production! (4-6 weeks)

If your order gets delayed you'll receive an email, I like to try to keep everyone up to date.
If material processing is taking longer than anticipated, you'll also be emailed!

Candle Care

  • Always trim the wick!

    Candles arrive to you with the wicks pre-cut ready to go, however after each burn you'll need to trim the wick!

    Please allow the candle to melt to the edges before you put it out, this allows for a more even burn and prevents tunneling!

  • Be careful!

    Please keep candles out of reach from Pets and Children.
    Never leave a burning candle unattended!
    Keep candles on a stable and level surface at all times.
    Do not burn a candle for longer than 3 hours at a time!

  • Candles expire!

    These candles tend to have a shelf life of roughly one year!
    You can still use them, however it's likely that their scent will be heavily decreased and the scent will not carry once lit.

  • Do you play actually play SMITE 2?

    Yes! I play it almost every day, and stream it!

    My favorite Gods available to play in SMITE 2 are Hecate, Nut & Discordia!

    I'm currently most excited about the release of Chang'e, Serqet, Ne Zha, Hel & Maui!

    Can't wait for them to be added :)

  • What other games do you play?

    I don't play a lot of multi player games besides SMITE 2 & Fortnite!

    Otherwise I play a lot of Roguelikes or simulator games.

    I also enjoy a lot of Nintendo exclusives such as Pokemon, Zelda and Animal Crossing :)
